Your Guide to Using Our Hearing Services
Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our services. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and our commitments to you as a patient.
1. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or emergencies.
Patients are asked to provide accurate personal and medical information when booking. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
2. Patient Responsibility
Patients are responsible for attending appointments punctually, following professional advice, and providing full disclosure of medical history related to hearing and general health.
We may refuse service if patient behavior poses a risk to staff or other patients. Compliance with all instructions for hearing aid usage and follow-up care is required.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
All patient information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and healthcare regulations. Your personal details, medical records, and contact information will not be shared without your consent except where legally required.
We use secure systems to store records and only authorized staff may access patient information.
4. Hearing Assessments & Services
Our hearing assessments are performed by qualified audiologists and specialists. Recommendations, hearing aids, or treatments provided are based on professional evaluation at the time of the appointment.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from hearing solutions as individual results may vary depending on medical conditions and adherence to guidance.
5. Payments & Fees
All services, hearing aids, or products must be paid for as per our pricing schedule. Deposits may be required for appointments, and cancellations may be subject to a fee if notice is not provided in advance.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments, and other methods as stated at the time of booking.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, and patients acknowledge that hearing results may vary.
In case of any device malfunction or adverse reaction, contact our clinic immediately. We reserve the right to amend or recall products as required.
7. Complaints & Feedback
Patients are encouraged to provide feedback or raise complaints directly with our clinic. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Feedback may also be used to improve our services.
